Terms and Conditions of Purchase

1. Agreement

By purchasing a ticket to Rock the Stage Workshop 2026, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

 

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.

2. Event Details

Rock the Stage Workshop 2026 is a live, in-person event (with potential digital or virtual components where applicable) scheduled to take place from 22 to 27 June 2026 in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.

 

Venue details are as listed at the time of purchase and may be subject to change. Any changes will be communicated to registered attendees via email.

3. Ticket Types

Gold Ticket

Includes two full days of live workshop training on 22 and 23 June 2026 at Mercure Melbourne Doncaster.

Platinum VIP Ticket

Includes the full Gold Ticket program plus exclusive VIP days, VIP dinner, branding photography, stage footage, 1:1 coaching sessions, and all associated inclusions as described at the time of purchase.

Additional Events

Where applicable, additional ticketed events (including Gala Night or other experiences) form part of the broader event series and are subject to these Terms and Conditions.

4. Refund Policy

Due to catering, venue, and other event service commitments that must be confirmed and paid for in advance, the following policy applies:

* 100% refund for cancellation requests received more than 28 days before the event date.

* 50% refund for cancellation requests received between 21 and 28 days before the event date.

* No refunds will be provided for cancellation requests received less than 21 days before the event date.

* Tickets may be transferred to another person up to 7 days before the event date.

* For all ticketing enquiries, cancellation requests, and ticket transfer requests, please email [email protected].

5. Ticket Transfers

Tickets are non-transferable unless approved in writing by 100 Lunches Pty Ltd at its sole discretion.

6. Payment Plans

Where a payment plan is offered, all installment must be paid in full regardless of attendance.

 

Failure to complete payments does not constitute cancellation and does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid.

 

100 Lunches Pty Ltd reserves the right to suspend access to the event or associated benefits if payments are not kept up to date.

7. Travel Insurance

Attendees are strongly encouraged to obtain appropriate travel and event cancellation insurance.

 

100 Lunches Pty Ltd is not responsible for any costs, losses, or damages incurred due to inability to attend the event.

8. Event Changes

100 Lunches Pty Ltd reserves the right to:

• Change the venue, date, or format of the event

• Substitute speakers or facilitators

• Modify the program, schedule, or inclusions

 

Any changes will be of comparable value and general nature where reasonably possible.

 

No refunds will be issued for such changes, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

9. Event Cancellation

If the event is cancelled by 100 Lunches Pty Ltd, attendees will be entitled to a refund or, at their option, a credit towards a future event.

 

Credits, where chosen, will be valid for 24 months from the date of issue.

10. Behaviour and Code of Conduct

All attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward other participants, speakers, and staff.

 

100 Lunches Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse entry to any attendee at its discretion.

 

100 Lunches Pty Ltd reserves the right to remove any attendee whose behaviour is deemed disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe. No refund will be issued in such cases.

11. Photography and Recording

By attending this event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded.

 

All content captured may be used by 100 Lunches Pty Ltd for promotional, marketing, and commercial purposes across digital and print platforms without compensation.

12. Privacy

Any personal information collected as part of your registration will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy.

13. Force Majeure

100 Lunches Pty Ltd will not be liable for any delay, change, or cancellation of the event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government restrictions, public health events, or venue closures.

 

Where possible, reasonable alternatives or rescheduling will be offered.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 100 Speakers Pty Ltd’s liability is limited to the amount paid for your ticket.

 

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

17. No Guarantee of Results

Participation in this event does not guarantee any specific outcomes, including but not limited to business success, speaking engagements, income generation, or personal results.

 

Outcomes will vary based on individual effort, experience, and external factors. 100 Lunches Pty Ltd makes no representations or warranties regarding the results any attendee may or may not achieve.

18. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, and recordings provided during the event remain the property of 100 Lunches Pty Ltd and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

 

Any recordings, images, or footage captured during the event may be used by 100 Lunches Pty Ltd for promotional and commercial purposes without compensation to attendees.
